Try these people:

Not used them, but would like to hear how you get on. I've got the same type of wheel (RC041?) that needs some work.

Any decent wheel repair shop should be able to take care of it.

Yo could try bashing it yourself with a leather hammer, or a hammer and block of wood. But not sure how sturdy the split rim would be for that

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING THIS WITH ALLOY WHEELS.

I guarantee you that if you do you will SEVERELY weaken the structure of the metal.

Alloys have to be dealt with completely differently & must be warmed to the correct temperature & VERY slowly re-shaped hydraulically.

If that's a true split rim you can buy an outer rim and have it rebuilt

Lepsons in Gillingham do loads of these & some are far far worse than that!

HiPaul,

yes its a proper BBS split rim - 18" rc009 I think. Id rather not spend that sort of money on it as sods law says ill then find another hole to drive into!
