In this day and age its rare to hear commendation - but I give it where its due.
Took the XC90 in for a Geo as another garage attempted to track it using a laser set and made it pull to the left with the wheel dropped to the right.
WIM took the car up the road for a few mins test drive to see what was going on then put it on the ramp and adorned it with reflectors on the wheels.
WIM then set the wheel straight and the machine showed that the rear N/S toe was out + the front tracking was out. A couple of minutes later the XC90 was done and all the indicators were in the centre of the green.
Paid up got a printout of before and after then drove the car home- all fine steering wheel straight, no pulling and the car is more sure footed - plus the sun came out which made my drive through the countryside that much nicer.
