I bought a pair of Michelin Pilot Road 3's (bike tyres) a few months ago, got a good price and had no problems. However the front arrived after a couple of days and the rear about a week after placing the order.

Used to but in the past year or two I've found them and camskill to lag quite a bit behind in offering good prices compared to lovetyres and tyreleader.
Camskill were £5 dearer for a pair of vreds for my old M5 last year. I got them next day. I have used tyreleader and lovetyres, but for the sake of a fiver id rather buy in this country.

2x ContiWinter Contact 265/35 R18 ordered after a blow out on the M20 a couple of weeks ago. The arrived less than 48 hours after ordering with constant tracking emails and they came from France somewhere. They were about 20% less than any UK supplier, and had DOT 2514.

Very happy, will defo use again!

Ordered a set of 4 Conti Sport Contact 5p's last month from them.
Arrived at the local garage in 3 days of ordering them, got them fitted. Job done.

I will definitely use them again, great prices and service. Good buying experience from start to finish smile

I have just arrived home from work to find exactly the same, funnily enough it's the same tyre order as well. Did they email you to say that the order was split? I'm now worrying as to weather I will receive my rear tyre as I was not in when the wife signed for the 1 tyre that they delivered.

Used tyre leader last week. Got all 4 tyres (two different types and compunds) spot on. Delivered in 2 days and £120 cheaper than the next cheapest. Manufacturing date on the tyres is 2015.

Summary - Couldn't organise a pissup in a brewery!

Experience -
Order 1 - Ordered 2 tyres 19th March, items showing "In Stock". 7 days later, still no tyres have arrived, no tracking number on account. Chased via their ONLY contact method which is a rubbish online form (FYI their phone number does not work!). Was told that they would chase the courier for the tracking numbers. Three days later, no reply, so chased again (now 10days since order), response was they were still waiting for tracking info. Chased again. 14 days after my order I get some cryptic response that there seems to be a problem and would I like a replacement to be dispatched? I respond yes, so they send the order through to the Warehouse for dispatch. Next day they cancel the order due to "no stock". I respond that their website clearly shows that they "DO have these in stock... however the price has gone up from £69.02 to £83.09". No reply, but finally after over 2 weeks I get a refund. Still no tyres though.

Order 2 - I thought maybe this was a one off, as their site was still showing these as "In Stock", I took a punt and reordered them on 12th April. I took a screenshot of the page this time showing "In Stock" and immediately contacted them after ordering to check that they 100% were in stock. I got a reply the next day saying that they would chase the courier for the tracking numbers (sounds familiar). To my surprise I received the tracking numbers the next day... and guess what... on the 17th April (5 days after ordering) some tyres arrived... GREAT!. Got home only to discover that they were the WRONG TYRES... not just slightly wrong... completely wrong... wrong size (235 not 215), wrong profile (60 not 70) and wrong tread pattern (H/P Sport not H/T 687).
So I contacted them about their mistake, asking them to organise a pickup of the incorrect tyres and to immediately dispatch the correct ones. The next day I was asked to send a photo of the tyres to their email address (support@tyreleader.co.uk) - handy for future reference. I sent an email of the wrong tyres including the packing slip which listed the correct tyres I had ordered, and updated the online form to let them know I had sent the email. They then attached the email to the online form. Two days later I hadn’t heard anything, so chased them. They then claim to not have received the photos (despite them already attaching my email to the online form! two days earlier) and asked me to resend. I resent. They then responded that they would send the photos to the Warehouse to validate that the tyres were wrong (which any idiot could see by looking at the picture of the size label!). I chased this two days later as no reply... Finally... a week after they delivered to wrong ones, they sent me a message saying they would pick them up and giving me a pickup number. I then responded that they had picked them up and for them to please confirm the dispatch number of my correct tyres. GUESS WHAT.... they then responded that " the warehouse has confirmed that a refund will be processed once the items arte back to us, as there is no sufficient stock for a replacment." I reply that this is not good enough and: I have taken a screenshot of my order on 12/04/2015 where it shows that you have them in stock, and again now 22/04/2015 showing that these ARE in stock. I note that your FAQS say...: "Are the tyres displayed on the site in stock ? Definitely, The tyres you can browse on the site are all in stock and can be delivered quickly.". They respond that they have several warehouses (which I would read to be suppliers) and "each one of our warehouses works independently so we need , for accontancy purposes, to refund or replace from that specific warehouse".

SO IN SUMMARY: DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The "Stock" levels on their website are completely made up and when they get an order they then try to fill this from one of their many suppliers. Contrary to Credit Card Payment guidelines they take your money (not just a pre-auth) upon order, so you could be waiting for 2-3 weeks to get your money back if they dont have the stock to fulfill the order. For me to have this experience TWICE shows that they are a three ring circus run by chimps!

I ordered some Dunlops, used ones turned up. Usually they highlight if they have been fitted in the past but these were classed as brand new.

Last time I used them they were fine. Ordered two tyres, they turned up 2 days later. Came from Germany apparently.

Just put 4 Vreds on my car, Sesstansa Vorti, 255 35 18, 225 40 18, 100 pounds each and 70 pounds each respectively, new tyres from camskil.
I'm happy with that, everytime I buy this size they get cheaper.

I received a front tyre from them 5 days after ordering but my mistake, I didnt check it was the right one that I ordered (should I really have to).

Anyway, took it to be fitted and discovered it was an 18¨ rather than a 17, also it was a PR3 rather than a PR4!

Filled out the returns and after many many messages they STILL wont refund. Grrrrrrrrrr.

Despite having family and friends in the tyre trade I have always used Camskill, they may be a couple of pound dearer than other online suppliers sometimes but their service is top notch.

The stock levels on their website are accurate too, they don't take your money and keep you waiting weeks for delivery, unlike some.

What size? My bike takes an 18" front tyre and I have a PR3 on it already...

The only confusing thing about that is why the pick-up and hub scans are the same time, but basically your tyres are en-route, I imagine you'll get them early next week.

I guess it would be useful to know where they were scanned rather than them just being within the DPD system.. Then I'd have a reasonable idea of when to expect them..
