Hunter Four Wheel laser alignment not done right.
Discussion
I have an MK5 r32 and had recently changed all the wheels to stock ones so the car needed a Hunter Four Wheel laser alignment. As the car kept moving to the left and on the odd occasion moved to right. I found a company in the West Midlands who have the system.
I know a lot of these places have these systems and do not know how to use them properly so I was wary of bring it to them but they gave me confidence when they said exactly what I was worred about and that they knew how to do it properly..
Anyway got there, did the alignment, told that the tie rod was knacked, gave the wheel a good shake and was told if it wasn't replaced within half hour the tracking would go out again. Gave them the thumbs up to order a new tie rod in, fitted it, did the alignment again and the fitter took it for a spin said it was fine, ok no problem paid the £129.00 for the alignment, labour and tie rod and off I went..
Straight down the road, noticed steering wasn't straight, car kept moving to the left.
Phoned them back up as soon as I got back to the office and told them the issue, Going back tommmorrow morning.
My question is, should I let them sort it out? Or demand a refund a bring it to someone else who knows exactly what they are doing? I've lost confidence in them now & this is my first time going there.
Not good enough tbh, the mechanic must of thought I am a indeed and I wouldn't of noticed!
I would of taken it to Awesome GTI but they are over 100 miles away.

It's a poor show but I would explain the issue and let them re-do it.
They may be reluctant to give you a refund, if they understand you won't be fobbed off I would hope they put a (more) experienced man on it.
If you've given them the opportunity and it's still not right that's the time to request a refund.
