Bush wear

Sounds a silly, and probably got an obvious answer, question but if you've not had the car from fresh how do you know if the suspension bushes are worn/wearing out from the feel of the car? My Fiesta ST is almost at 70k.

I've seen good old Ed China get the car up on a ramp and wiggle it but sadly I don't have access to a ramp.
