Coilovers and lowering springs

I am looking to fit either coilovers or lowering springs and sport shocks to my standard ride car. I am looking for a place to get my suspension parts from for a far price ive tried ebay but not much luck! Does anybody know a good place to get suspension parts from and a good price? Thanks

Dampers especially tend to be in the realm of 'you get what you pay for' so considering from your initial post you're looking more at the value end of the market I'd take recommendations from those who have tried and tested particular brands.

What car are do you have?

I have a polo 6n2 2000 reg and ive been looking at FK coilovers or JOM blueline coilovers.

Gaz are cheap as chips in comparison to most other aftermarket coil overs you get what you pay for but they do do the job at a fair price
