I want some CNNT tyres. My neighbour has some on his car. Chuckle every time I see them.
Look interesting.

If you're not worried about it now, it might be something to be worried about. Unless you're worried about worrying about it in the first place ? Then i wouldn't be worried.
I worry about what I should worry about next & worrying about that worries me too.Im worried now!

After reading 28 pages from keyboard warriors bhing at each other I knew I would be in for a rough ride. Oh and I'm not 'plugging these tyres 'yet' as I haven't ran them 'long term'
All I know 'so far' is they are a lot better than the ZZ5s I had on previously, but I am worried how quickly a tyre with a 420 thread wear rating will wear.
Lastly I doubt I'll be back as you have made it very clear that anyone with a personal opinion - that goes against the 'clique' - is not welcome here.

Tyre expertise without having any experience of the rubber in question is a PH forte you'll find. All I know 'so far' is they are a lot better than the ZZ5s I had on previously, but I am worried how quickly a tyre with a 420 thread wear rating will wear.

My current car is a remapped Astra 1.9 16v CDTI Sporthatch, and although I don't drive like a lunatic anymore, it still is very prone to very bad under-steering. So when the terrible Avon ZZ5s needed changing I decided to go for some cheapies and the tyre shop recommended Davani 640s (235/35/19)
You have a car that is prone to terrible understeer, so you decided the best course of action is to fit a set of "cheapies" to it. It seems so obvious in retrospect, I can't think why no one has ever suggested this before.Gassing Station | Suspension, Brakes & Tyres | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
