Brake noise

Hello guys, new guy here

Unfortunately got a little problem... So I've done my brakes on my golf mk4, fronts 2 weeks ago and rear 2 months ago now. I noticed that when I'm braking, it make this noise, (not a squeal, shown in video), it does it as they're on the verge of contact (pads and discs), like a biting point of the brakes if you will. So it only happens when I'm on a slight incline or hill, so the car is trying to go, and if I left the brakes out slowly, as the pads are separating from the discs it'll make that noise, until they're fully separated, same goes for when I'm engaging the brakes...

This video will make it a bit clearer, I'm on my driveway, slight incline, so as I let the handbrake out it tries to roll back, I let go off the handbrake a little bit to ease the pads off, and you'll start hearing it

So it's basically it seems like that as the disc is trying to rotate very slowly, the pads are just managing to hold it down, but why would it make this awful noise? Would they require further bedding in? To be honest even though the rear ones were done 2 months ago I have done that many miles, 600 maybe and 300-400 of those were motorway...

Any help would be appreciated!

I think you may be exaggerating what is just a bit of pad squeak into something that it is not.

If it REALLY bothers you change to a different brand of pads, believe me, it is not a problem.

You know I was hoping someone would say that. I've only been driving and owned this car for a year now and I'm paranoid about little things that come up here and there.

But you think it's to do with the brand? This is Brembo, so not OEM, but the nosie defiantly didn't exist before I changed them.
