R53 front ARB bushes
Discussion
OK, so there is much more to do under there but just a quick look at what there is to do today makes me wonder how this is possible to do.
Has anyone changed front ARB bushes on a BMW mini?
Mine is the R53 cooper s 2006 but I am sure they will all be similar.
Can I drop the front subframe enough to do this without completely dropping it?
It looks like an inch/1.5 should be enough clearance.
I would assume that all engine/g/box mounts would need removing & hopefully it will then move enough with possibly removing the steering knuckle.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I managed to find the answer out myself. The sub-frame can be RELATIVELY easily removed complete with control arms, rack, ARB, got it off this morning & spent the rest of the day changing each & every bush on the complete assembly ready for refitting in the morning unless there is other stuff I see as being pertinent in the cold light of day.
