I've bought and sold many tyres and never had a problem but I was just about to book UPS when I see they now insist upon everything in a cardboard box or they add handling charges which seem to be £10

Anyone else had this issue - I've never had a problem before.

They are also half the price of everyone else (TNT, Parcel farce, etc) when booked via interparcel.

You might find Paisley Freight worth a go - they specialise in stuff like tyres

Head to interparcel.com

Cheaper prices and choice of couriers

Good for wheels and tyres but 2 19" (mine are 20") tyres £25

UPS were £16 (used to be £10 a couple of years ago)

That's who I use.

They've reduced their range of couriers - for larger stuff I only get UPS, Parcel farce and TNT (always expensive)
