When you come to replace the discs, avoid drilled discs. They're a popular fashion statement but only actually sensible in a very limited set of circumstances. Plain discs brake better, produce less noise and wear and are far less prone to cracking.
If it was my car, I would just remover the calliper and pads, give them a good clean and lube the appropriate parts. This used to be par of a dealer service on BMWs many years ago.
