Numberplate foam tape

Can anyone suggest somewhere I can buy very strong double sided 3mm foam tape approx 10-12mm wide for sticking on my front numberplate?

Most places i have found only sell up to 1mm tape, but because my plate is on a slightly curved surface, a 3mm foam thickness would work better.

I bought some on ebay but it was rubbish and plate fell off!

not been able to find anything in 3mm that has a very strong bond.

go to screw fix or diy stores ,get some adishion gripper in tube ,stick it on with that '

I get mine from Wayside Adhesives.

Stick 3 bits of 1mm together and hey presto it's now 3mm!

This is the stuff i've used for a long time now works a treat just warm it gently with a hairdryer and it wont come off after that
