How can you rejuvenate tired cream leather seats?

My cream leather seats look really tired, scratched and worn from years of abuse.

Has anyone got any recommendations on how best to treat them & where to buy the products from (which actually work)!

We discussed this just recently in the TVR S forum.

I have heard that sddle soaps is particularly good for cleaning the leather.
All I have ever used is AutoGlyms leather polish. It just makes the leather nice and supple again.

Recently I have also sprayed them with "303 UV aerospace protectant" which cleans, protects from all dirt and grease and also blocks UV rays. It also adds softness and is particularly good on soft rear screens too.
