Hi,

My Black C63, unless just washed and waxed, always looks dirty or picks up dirt.

Other than keeping it in an airtight cocoon in the middle of a garage resembling an laboratory clean room, how do I go about keeping it clean?

Instead of regular wax you can try Swissvax Shield which should help to repel dirt.

There are many paint sealants on the market which will be better than wax for sheeting road grime off the car in the wet.

Zaino, Wolfs Body Wrap, G|techniq etc...

They wont keep the car clean though. You'll still have to wash it every week if you want to maintain the look.

borrowed these photos from a member of detailing world as it really shows the dirt resistance of Gtechniq C1

(can't remember if this is wax coated or un-coated this side)

and here is the same car, taken at the same time after the same race.. but this side is coated with Gtechniq C1

Hydraphobic properties from nano sealants does aid in less dirt attraction but ive never seen much difference to that of Zaino or Finish Kare which both have anti static properties so neither attract dirt as much as conventional waxes or sealants though have had great and surprising results with Auto finesse tough coat paint sealant. Rather than waxing after washing all the time you would be better off using a spray sealant or quick detailer to top up the finish.
