Ally bubbling

My 7 has corrosion/ bubbling on the ally. I believe it's mainly where it sits on the steel frame.

Am I right in thinking that it's a strip back and etch coating job? Can't really afford a respray to cover it back up after i've repaired areas, but thought it might be cheaper to wrap it.

Not 100% sure if I can stop it bubbling from the external, thinking I need to address the ally to steel problem, but that would involve repanelling.

Just something that winds me up about the wagon!

My panel beater told me wrt ally, that once the corrosion is in there you won't make it go away! Personally I'm waiting until mine is comprehensively battered and then getting a re-skin if I want to keep it.
