Hi, i've got a bit of trim on my car which has faded from black to light grey. Autoglym doesn't help. I'm thinking of painting it satin black from a rattle can. Do i need to use a primer?

Thanks
Gordon

Yes, assuming its black plastic and not painted black that has faded.

You'll need to clean it well first,if it's been treated with any kind of silicon based 'black to black' product.

Try heating it up with a heatgun first, should bring the colour back smile
