Hey PHers, Any help on this would be greatly appreciated please! A very good friend has a vehilce that is currently in paint. It is having a full vehilce respray "being done this week" - The colour he wants is from the new Aston Martin DBS Carbon Edition "Launch Colour" It is a Red/Orange Pearl. I have been looking high & low, have even spoken to a friend that works for AM and have drawn blanks. The name of the colour is Flame Orange, if the shop know what they are doing they should be able to do a search for the colour using the name of the colour to return the correct mix

Hey Jules, Thanks for the reply - We have done a search on the Dupoint system but has not come up -"guessing because it may be a new colour" ?

Odd, is that with the Dupont Cromax software? I suggest getting hold of one of the update discs, a lot of people dont bother, the local Dupont paint supplier should be able to provide you with one.

Or better yet put a call in direct to Dupont, they will have a better idea than your pal at Aston, Dupont make the paint so will know the code, Aston Martin just sell it so just have a more general knowledge about it

Thanks for everyones Help, Dupont were very helpful.
- Yes it is a fantastic colour - Look even better in the Sun!!
Just in the process of pricing it up - not going to be cheap but i think it will be worth the money.
