I'm looking to get a one off carbon bonnet made, none of the main manufacturers (Seibon etc) make them for a Volvo C/S/V70 so getting a one off is my only option.
Who or what company would be able to make me a quality carbon bonnet that utilises the standard mounting points that's low weight and a decent price?

Just wrap it, I think you may wince slightly at the price of a one off.

Not interested in wrapping as it doesn't reduce the weight of the bonnet.

What is a 'decent price'? A one off is cost prohibitive as the mould would cost circa £1k as would the bonnet.
We used to make them 'Pre-recession', but haven't done any for a few years now and moved onto other things.

I maybe able to get one or two other owners interested that will bring down the price. A decent price for the actual bonnet for me is about £600 in carbon or £350 in GRP to purchase the bonnet. I wasn't sure on the cost of the mould though. Is £1k to be expected from most companies?
