New car - special care required?

I'm expecting a new car soon, my first apart from company cars which don't count.

Should I treat it any differently to my usual wash, polish, wax regime?
Are modern paints soft when new or owt to worry about?

What is your current technique?

If you Snow Foam, 2 bucket wash, and seal/protect then just carry on as normal should be fine.

Or you could take it a step further and start to introduce nano sealant coatings, which make protect but also make future cleaning easier.
