Some *&%# person, has kindly keyed my girlfriends black golf for her.
She can't afford to get the panels resprayed, but wants to (get me to) improve the look of the car.
Some of the scratches are through to the metal work (although not too thick fotunately!).
Is there anything you recommend, without paying the earth. I think she'd just like it presentable as opposed to mint.
I've seen Turtle wax scratch repair and G3 scratch repair, are they worth getting?

Unfortunately, it will need filling & spraying. The 'scratch removers' can only work if the lacquer had not been cut through. Even then, if the scratch is too deep, there's a risk of cutting through the lacquer while attempting to remove the scratch.
