I have a new set of coilovers yet to fit to the car, how should I protect them and with what, if at all that is?

I would coat them in some Chemical Guys Jetseal109 for protection (re apply every three months) and then just clean them gently with a mild mixture of Bilt Hamber Surfex HD.
