I use Black Hole too, but I'm not entirely convinced it does much that SRP doesn't.

You have to understand that wax and polish do two entirely different jobs, polish makes the car shine whilst wax protects your shine. SRP is not too bad as a polish and with care can produce a good shine, then something like Black Hole, Rainforest Rub or Bouncer's Sherbert Fizz protects it and gives the beading when it rains. For myself i use Megs polish to make the Skoda shine and Bouncer's Moonshine to protect it, the wax has lasted a bout 4 months and is now starting to show signs of needing topping up for winter.

I do understand that - but you have to understand that neither Black Hole nor SRP are waxes, and as a polish SRP has negligible cut - they are both really cleaner/fillers.

As above, I use Purple Haze as a wax, after SRP or Black Hole.
