Hello fellow members.
I am in need of some advice.

I was driving home tonight in my new 320d. Took me 2 years to save for this thing and coming home tonight I scuffed the underside of the skirt.

I was coming around an island when a pathetic 1Series came speeding towards it. It slammed the brakes on and I panicked and swerved and the car mounted the foot high kirb on the island. I have a lovely scuff the entire length of the skirt. :'(

Any advice of how I can get it looking like new.

Thank you
Kind regards..

You could get Smart repaired (noting that as with bodyshops some are better than others) .... but the problem is going to be getting the sprayguns under the skirt - which in turn means at the very least it's got to be jacked up. But the jacks won't be able to use the usual jacking points as they would then be in the way.
So you'd be looking for a reputable Smart repairer that carries two trolly jacks .... or (and probably easier to find) a decent bodyshop.

BMW kindly added rubber blocks for jacking up, should keep the job neat and tidy. smile
