After the help from the PH Massive! I'm after the best way to remove a lot of swirl marks from my car, I've recently clay-barred my car using Autogylm's kit and the paintwork is smooth as glass, but still swirly. What's the best way of removing the swirls?

It's on a 2008 Fiat Grande Punto T-Jet.

I'm looking into this myself and I think this is a pretty good starting point http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk/index.php?_a=viewPro...

The Megs two pack kit on there for a few pounds more is also worth a look.

You've pretty much answered your own question in your title.

I have a DAS-6 PRO from Kestrel and it combined with decent pads and a polish like Scholl concepts S17 will see the swirls away with relative ease, something you will never achieve by hand smile

Awesome, thanks! I was looking at one but was unsure of what pads to get with it?

Yeah it is a good machine, as to pads, they are really a personal choice but any of the big suppliers will give good advice, I have used Elites microfibre pads and they are excellent and cheaper than Meguiars, at the bottom of the page...
