Foggy Fog Lights ?

Cant tell from the pic really but it looks like condensation on the inside rather than discolouration of the lense.
If its condensation on the inside (manufacturers warranty issue) you can temporarily get rid of it but leaving it on with some tin foil in front of it.
If its discolouration of the glass from the outside a competent smart repairer will solve the issue permanently.

Are they plastic? If so then its just a question sanding the 'fog' away.
