Dodgy Flexy Mounts

Hi there I wonder if anyone out in PistonHeads land can help. I know Ford KAs have a bad rep for rust but when mine was MOT'd the other week I was advised that corrosion is starting near my (well not mine but the KAs) Flexy Mounts. Can anyone advise if there is anyone, preferably not a dealer as I'm not that keen on them, that can help me out there. I'd like to the get the corrosion removed and the underneath sealed - apparently (so I'm told) that will help!

the only flexi I can think of on the ka is part of the exhaust ,just behind the cat.

Flexi brake pipe mounts on the inner wing.....??
