Have you used these products yourself?
The nano tech one looks good on the details
I have a spray bottle of the Isopropyl amongst my cleaning products & bought a 100ml bottle of the nano tech which I've so far used on 4 cars & still have some left. On my daily it was applied nearly two years ago & still the water runs up the screen. Used it on my parents new car & they first time they drove it in rain they contacted me to ask me if I'd used something on the screen because the rain went up & they hardly used their wipers. Maybe expensive compared to Rain-X but having used both I didn't think much of Rain-x but now use this on all my cars & families cars that I clean.

Stick Gtechniq G1 into youtube & have a look at some videos.

Will do,

I have been looking for months for a good nano tech product but without speaking to anyone that has actually tried one, all you get is the sellers description which will always make it look good lol

Thanks for the report, once i get my screen fixed/cleared/replaced i will definately give it a try. I love the idea of nano tech on the windows!
