Advice needed on ford fiesta 05

Hi all, I'm after abit of advice, I recently had a accident and there's abit of damage to the front of my fiesta, I had it estimated and am trying to source the parts I need for myself. I was told that a bar which runs from headlight to headlight at the front had broken, so I was just wondering what that part was called so I could try and find one. How hard is it to fit a bumper bonnet grill headlight and this bar.

Also a rough price off anyone who knows about spraying on what it would cost to spray a front bumper and bonnet.

Usually the crash bar gets damaged, so I would imagine that's the part your talking about.
As long as the chassis legs haven't been bent in the impact its a simple swap. iirc the airbag sensor is somewhere down there on the Fiesta so if your doing any work remember to disconnect the battery before hand.
To spray a bumper and bonnet would depend on a multitude of things, ie damage if the parts are second hand, whether you need to paint the bonnet front and back etc, also there may be a colour match issue needing the wings blown in, so somewhere between 300-600 wouldn't be unreasonable.

Cheers for the replys, before I go ahead with anything I'm waiting to see what the insurance companies bodyshop say first before I carry any work out.
