I have a couple of small stone chips on the front of my car and was wondering if it was worth buying the chipex kits. Are they any good? Many thanks.

Sorry not logged on yesterday to see this.

Yep, used it on a couple of my cars. Can't say it truly hid the marks but certainly way better than a Halfords or dealer touch up stick. They usually have offers on around bank holidays so if you're interested in getting one, hang on til closer to the Easter weekend.

I bought a Chipex kit for my car (black) and gave it a go on a couple recently. As said above it doesn't completely get rid of them but it certainly helps mask them at a casual glance.

In my experience these sort of touch-up jobs work best on dark-coloured cars. When I did the same on my old silver Mondeo they stuck out like a sore thumb.

Thanks Howard. My cars black so good to hear. The kit arrived today and i must say it does look impressive.
