Hi guys, was wondering if any of you knowledgable people may help me on the 3 main parts of my interior i despise and want restored, or if needs be replaced. [url

The leather has become worn and was not looked after by its previous owner on the drivers side i want to know how to restore it.
There is a crack on the plastic where someone must have hit it in the back seat.
The final thing is the door handles have become scuffed and i could leave a mark by scraping my nail down it.

If any of you have had similar problems and know how to restore them let me know smile

A leather trimmer/restorer will have those seats looking like new for £50-100. To fix the plastic trim I'd probably just replace it.

The window control panel will be covered in that annoying rubbery coating that wears away after a while. You could take it off, remove the switches, sand it back and then spray some Plastidip on it to replicate the factory finish, but it probably won't last as long.

The interior handle just pulls up to remove it. For something like that it's got to be worth ringing the dealer for a price to replace it.

I'm surprised your Window switches aren't pealing as they love to do that too. Switches are about £15 on ebay for a new copy.

The rear seat plastic will be common to all Golfs so can easily be found second hand if a new one is too expensive.

Depending where in Hampshire you are, Andy at Trim Wizard will come to you & fix all/most of that.

The window switche surround may not be seperate from the door card so you may need to replace the whole door card but Andy would be able to advise on that.

The switch surround / handle is separate to the door card.

Sweet. Replacement would be best bet then.
