A couple of people are telling me they may be diamond cut, however they just look like normal paint to me?!

No, but they do look concrete (kerb) cut.

They just look painted to me too.

Clearly I've curbed them, emailed a few places for quotes. 2 are saying they are diamond cut so >£100 to fix. Two are saying they're not diamond cut so £60ish.

I obviously don't want to pay double what I need to pay, but want them looking decent aswell.

Can't seem to get a straight answer.

Diamond cut would be lacquer over freshly machined bare aluminium on the rims and the face. Look up E46 M3 alloys for an example.
Your wheels clearly are painted so I suggest you take them somewhere who knows what they're talking about

Thanks, that's what I thought!!

Someone else has said they are "highly polished" ?? Surely it's just paint and lacquer and job jobbed?
