Two stage touch up pen - advice

Hi guys.

I have a molten orange fiesta ST which I have just bought a touch up pen to do a chip in the paint on the back bumper.

It has come as 4 pens.

Has anyone used a multi stage touch up pen before please?

Any advice would be great.

What are the 4 pens, one might be a rust eraser. Probably base coat, paint and clear top coat?
