car polishing in Surrey..

Evening,just looking for advice please.. My sister lives in Surrey(ashtead). She has a black 07 discovery.. It needs a good t-cut and polish (they are looking to sell it) she has been quoted £900 for a full detail.. Does anyone know some one local to her who can just do the exterior body work for £200...
