Detailing for F355 and ceramic coating (East Sussex)

Hi

Any suggestions where I can get my Ferrari F355 detailed and a ceramic coating put on to protect paintwork, also leather could do with TLC as its dried out a bit in sun. I'm in Eastbourne, East Sussex
