Basically looking for recommendations.

Already have a DAS PRO-6 DA & doing a bit of wet sanding on deeper scratches/road rash but find on certain areas (tops of bumpers mainly) that due to the smaller surface area compared to the pad its hard to keep the pad rotating thus harder to get the result I'm happy with. Don't get me wrong, the results are ok & my friends & family are happy its just my OCD that says it could be better.

My BiLs Q7 back bumper (battle scarred from the dog jumping in the back)

& after

This was wet sanded then polished with the DA I just think it could be better still with an orbital. Not looking to spend loads due to the small amount I'll use it but what have others got?

Have you tried using the small polishing heads?
You could also look at mini polishers with small heads, or pneumatic ones if you have an air source with good flow control.
