White spots in chips

Basic problem.
Bonnet with quite a few tiny chips and such, how to stop the white spots post compound and glaze ? or remove them easy.

Is there a better polish/coating to use first?
Is there a "trick" to rid myself of them quickly ?

Thanks, can you recommend a Wax/Polish that does not go white when dry ?.
(The problem I have is from Farecla G## and the Farecla glaze)

Re filling: I cannot be arsed on this particular car plus it has so many from the M'way miles it does.
