Hi,I have two 4lit tins of body filler which I now have a use for. They have been laying in the garage for some time and although useable could do with thinning.Any ideas or is it skip time .Thanks

If in doubt, don't. Better to get some new filler than risk messing the job up.

The resin may have just sunk to the bottom, try leaving the tins up side down for a week.
Alternatively add some resin if you have some knocking about, stirring it in well.
Having said that,I'm not a fan of Isopon, much prefer Upol Fantastic

Thanks for replies.I have mixed the filler with resin and it has revived it making it workable. The car an early 60's has a body bonded to the chassis, the filler is being used on the underside of the car just to smooth over the fibreglass matting (aesthetics only) so not to concerned about shrinkage etc.Regards Baz
