Hoping this is the right forum and one of you guys could help me out or tell me if I'm wasting my time. So I have my little evo engine back together and any thing that hasn't been replaced ancillary wise is being blasted and painted but I'm stumped on the stainless four branch as it has become discoloured. Is their anything that can be done to revive it or am I better off sticking a heat wrap or shield on it

As soon as it gets hot it'll do it again, you do realise the gasses running through it will be circa 800'c and it could be glowing red under duress?
If you want a permanent colour then send it to Zircotec.

It will discolour due to heat.
Wrapping it will hide the issue.
I've got tubulars on my RRC V8 & haven't wrapped them. Just learn very quickly to be careful working in the engine bay when they're hot as they don't take prisoners!
