Tiny high-grit wet & dry tools?

I clumsily put a couple of scratches in the paintwork on one of my bikes this week. It's 24 years old and still in it's (very good) original paint, so I don't want to start painting panels.

I've got hold of some touch-up which is a very good colour match, but even with a tiny detail paintbrush, the touch-up doesn't lie flat. What I really want to do is flat it down with some 1500/2000 grit w&d then polish it back up, but I don't want to flat (or risk) too ,much of the surrounding area.

Is there any such thing as a very small abrasive brush which might do this? Similar to the pic below but abrasive rather than foam (these are for paint application).

Alternatively make your own from wood and wrap 2000 grit wet n dry around it

Thanks, I did find some high-grit Dremel tools but the smallest is about 10mm dia. Might be worth a try tho.
