44mph, on a two lane road, with good visibility, wide verges in an industrial area on a Sunday afternoon, in a car that can brake from 100 km/h in 36 metres (apparently).

Still, I remember doing 120+ in a 30 limit in the UK.

It road didn't deserve to be a 30. But yes, young and foolish.
It's also shocking how quick 375hp in an S2000 can be.

Trying to remember where that is! Near Bassendean? Is there a railway to the left of your car?
I got pulled over late one night on Guildford road bit nearer the city...was trying to see the car in the rear mirror and wandered out of my lane, same side of the road. Was trying to see if it was a police car.
Policeman said, we stopped you because you had killed a couple of cat-eyes back there! Breathalyser and on my way again!

Yup, off Tonkin, and then on Guildford, right back underneath Tonkin and out towards Bass.

I find the same with MPH .. apparently they are about 295whp stock.

Booked myself a day out at the RAC skidpan next week too. Get some of the hoonage out the system.

On the same day the guy with the new VF gave a run.

618 with filter, 648 with no filter.

Horsepower.

Hope to be closer to 400 with an OTR and tune.

Was a warm day though. 33 degree air temp, 37 degree intake temps. On 95 RON fuel too.

EDIT - TAS - FYI
Got the VDO satnav in. Works quite well, old school, but new maps. Uses the NAV button, but need the remote to work the screen.

I also got a convex Pontiac G8 mirror from the states for the drivers side. Gets rid of the big blind spot you have over your right shoulder.
