Mental. In one year it will be worth $65k.

$25k loss - you could buy a minty E46 M3 for $30k...

Recently been dreaming of the 'if I had $65k' game and coincidentally $65K on a 1 yr old BMW 328 or one of these - which one:

Ps I'd love the Maser but couldn't deal with the $5k clutch change every 40k kms.

996's are a bit meh but there is something lovey about the C4S.

yep, holding off, but have the sales brochure for reference when they hit the second hand market.

also speculating that the government will relax the car importation laws at some point which would see car sale prices tank and allow a lot of Australians to get into something a lot more fuel efficient and with less emissions.

at the moment the dealers are making a massive profit.

An oft overused phrase but relevant in this example 'game changer' is quite apt.

Just wait till dealers ramp up service costs to recompense

Why the hate for the SMG box?

What's it like in both manual and auto modes?

I want this right now, I'm glad I'm not that rich otherwise I'd have no where to park all my fab cars. This really is speaking to me though, prices in rest of the world seem to be going up.

Have to agree. Modern Astons don't do it for me generally but the Vanquish has 'soul'. Love that it's far from perfect.

How English does that street look! Where is it?
That ones an import so I'm thinking Surrey laugh

The 911 is so familiar, so vanilla now that I think people see it and just think 'meh' but I just think it would be such an epic drive, so we'll engineered and just so damn good with less chance of bankrupting you than other super sports cars it makes for a perfect daily, especially with a decent auto box.

The Gransport looks ace. Just so right.

Clutch life is apparently 25-30k kms and $5k - a lot every 2 yrs.

Keep reversing up hills and its much much shorter by all accounts.

Thing is what else is there for $50-60k? M6, 911, M3?

Given a regular 2003 E39 530 Sport would be no more than $10k surely that one as an import is no more than $15k tops on a very good day.
