Shipping a car to the UK

The opposite to the norm I know, but I need to ship my car from Fremantle to Southampton or Avonmouth and I really need some advise on which company to use.

I have so far got one quote of $2800 including all fees and taxes, but I would really hope to find something cheaper.

Does anyone have any experience or advice?

Compared to the costs of sending one the other way $2,800 is a pretty good price. A guess that few people do it Australia to UK since generally the car will be worth a lot less in the UK.
