As per the subject, are there any Perth based Sharepoint experts here?

We're looking to implement Sharepoint as a means of collaborating with suppliers and clients. I've found someone based in West Perth who seems to know a lot about it but he's really hard to get hold of and takes ages to respond to emails.

Also looking at some MS Project seats which is pretty simple but looking to source those from the same supplier at the same time.
