Where to take someone for a business lunch in Perth?

I have to entertain an important supplier from Italy on Friday, we've got a few meetings booked for the morning and nothing from noon onwards. I'm thinking about taking him to Frasers for lunch as it has that nice touristy view of the city - Anywhere else that I should be considering?

He's in his late 40's and is booked in for knee surgery when he gets back to Italy so cant walk too far or

Depends if the supplier decides who they do business with
