Rocker cover gasket rego

Would a leaking rocker gasket fail rego? It's not dripping down the block onto the floor or anything like that.

Not sure about other States but in Victoria under our quite specific procedures for RWC testing the car will be parked over a suitable surface for a specified time and then inspected for evidence on the suitable surface for oil spots. Don't know what size spots may be acceptable or not, but that is what will happen. The tester will also be obliged to take a photo before and after any resulting repairs and retain as evidence for audit purposes. Don't know if this helps or not, but that is what will happen.
