Anyone need a place to rent in Manly?

I know of someone trying to find replacement tenants sharp'ish for a flat in Manly. If anyone can help spread the word, I'm sure beer would be payable...
I hear its a large unfurnished 2/3bed ground floor duplex close to Manly Beach, Manly Village and transport – 5 minute walk to the ferry. Federation style, high ceilings and floorboards throughout. Off street parking in carport and own courtyard with rear, east-facing deck and bi-fold doors. Large living room and main bedrooms, modern kitchen with dishwasher. Probably it would suit professionals or small family. No pets and they'd prefer 12-month lease. Available 17 Dec.
Apparently special PH deals might be possible - but can't do backpackers or generally short-term lets.
