Jebel Jais run-car hire

Please excuse the intrusion but I'm having a four day lay over in Dubai next month and really fancy ticking the Jebel Jais road off my list but am struggling to find anything remotely PH appropriate from the usual airport rental folk. Don't want a supercar either, so looking for that sweet spot in the middle (rwd V8, flappy paddle gearbox and 4 seats). Does anyone familiar with the UAE know of somewhere where I could rent such a thing? Ideally in Dubai or Sharjah (staying at the Sheraton beach resort in Sharjah). Grateful for any advice!

Avis rent v8 camaros which you can collect at the airport. Ticks all your boxes although not sure how much luggage you could fit in one if there's 4 of you.
