To cover yourself - get it valued in the UK by a Noble Dealer, and then get it valued here (best of both worlds then).

This redbook only has 2005 Noble 3R 3.0l. Mine is a 2001 2.5l.

I'll do that I'll get a dealer to value it to cover my arse. not worried about compliance as I already know someone who took theirs out on PI. just need to contact the relavent people wen I decided where I'm going to end up to check that they will let me register it.
