Love the red!

I sold my S2 Exgie 5 years ago to as I am 6ft4" tall and convinced my self i was to tall for the car I had. I got a TVR T350C loved it to but a Sports car is supposed to be fun, the TVR i thought had very little stearing feel and I was always expecting the Speed Six engine to poop its self.

The works gone v quite in the North Sea at the momment so the TVR has gone, hoping to get a Exige maybe a S1? or a S2 (a sprint would be my dream car)

Is it fun getting that conering feel back mate?

Thanks, here's a few more.

It's just like an even less practical Exige but that's why I bought it. I intend to track it but also attend the odd Sunday Service so expect to see it at Morgan later in the month (unless it rains). I sold my S2 Exige about 5 years ago and forgot how much fun they are and the level of grip it offers.

If anyone sees me at a track day come and say hello and you're more than welcome to a passenger ride.

Thanks and yes, physics defying corner brings a smile to my face. It could do with some new front rubber but they're probably good for another 500-1,000 miles which should improve it further.

At 6'4 you did well to fit the Exige, the 2-11 might suit you as you simply step in and out. I don't have the luxury of tallness at 5'11

I'm contemplating a white graduating stripe down the centre of the car to break up the redness a little but am still undecided.

The one issue is that I've got used to the acceleration and it no longer feels that quick. I've got a test drive in the new Ariel Nomad on Friday with a view to ordering the supercharged version when it appears next year.

I saw what looked like a browny/carbon coloured Evora GTE at the end of the Bishops Avenue in London yesterday.

Posted on another thread, but I thought I would put these here too

Did 1500 miles in mine from home to Le Mans and back in a week, 5 hours driving on most days. The car was awesome on the mountain roads. I could shake the Porsche, but that 360 hung on, although he did comment that the Evora changes direction really quickly.

I averaged 26mpg. There was a lot of enthusiastic driving.
