Just Spotted this Eclat for sale

Trawling for a mundane runabout when I spotted this "Essex" Eclat for sale in the corner of a page, nothing to do with me, no affiliation etc, etc. Just thought someone with an Eclat shaped itch that needs scratching might be interested or even know more about the car.

Headlamps up is never a good sign.
Looking at the MOT records, it really hasn't done enough miles between 2007 (73964) and 2014 (74489) for everything to be in decent working condition. There's no online record of a current MOT, contrary to what the ad. says. Why are there no photos of the engine bay ?
As a project car, that price is OTT - even for one with a pretty paint scheme in need of polishing.
Helpfully, it seems to come with Chris Neil and Paul Matty parts catalogues, and a shiny Workshop manual, though
